Triathlon Pace Calculator: Smash Your Personal Best

Use our triathlon race pace calculator below to add up your swim, bike, and run times along with the transitions.

The calculator will do the math for you by adding up the times and showing you your totals.

  1. First, choose Metric or Imperial.
  2. Then, pick a common race distance such as Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, or Full Ironman.
  3. Or, you can enter your swim, bike, and run distances manually.
  4. Below that, you’ll have to adjust your paces. Use the sliders or simply enter target paces or speeds in the text boxes.
  5. In the “Race” row, you’ll see the times for each segment, and at the bottom you’ll see your total time.
